Leading Rheumatology and Arthritis Group is searching for a full-time (4 days a week only!) Rheumatology Registered Nurse (RN) in Largo, FL at their state of the art clinic. Work out-patient only. No weekends or call! $30-32/Hour! 1+ years of experience in Rheumatology and/or Arthritis preferred. MUST have solid Infusion experience!
Position Title: Rheumatology Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Rheumatology Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prescribing age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Prescribing pharmacologic treatments (depends on state regulation)
- Performing minor procedures
- Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures
Education & Experience: Rheumatology Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Nurse RN program degree
- Current valid state medical license
- Board Certified RN
- 1+ years’ experience with infusions a must!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
