Leading Cardiovascular Practice is searching for a Cardiovascular Charge Nurse (RN) in Brooklyn, NY. Make $90K to $115K DOE! This private practice has offices in Manhattan, Flushing and the Brooklyn. 3+ years experience as an RN and 1+ years experience as a supervisory nurse. Work M-F No call or Weekends!
Position Title: Cardiovascular Charge Nurse (RN)
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Cardiovascular Charge Nurse (RN)
- Manage the nursing care for all patients during your shift
- Delegate tasks to other nurses and coordinate with physicians who might need assistance
- Recognize changes in patients' condition and respond appropriately
- Supervise Nursing Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and point out any changes or improvements that need to be made
- Detect any issues that could result in injuries or other difficulties for patients or staff members
- Inform physicians of any changes in patients' progress, condition or medicinal needs
Education & Experience: Cardiovascular Charge Nurse (RN)
- RN license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Excellent leadership skills
- 3+ years' experience as RN
- 1+ years' supervisory nursing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
