Leading Diagnostics Group needs an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician MD or DO in Gainesville, GA. Work outpatient 4 days a week for full-time. Part-time also an option. No call or Weekends! Great opportunity for married or domestic partners as this group can hire two physicians! Salary competitive with Atlanta plus production bonuses! 1+ year MD experience in Internal Medicine preferred but residents are welcome! Physician will provide a full range of care. Position Title: Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine Physicians MD / DO
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine Physician MD / DO
- Provide high-quality cost-effective medical care.
- Comply with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives and electronic medical record usage.
- Coordinate and cooperate as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff
- Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.
- Recommend services for patients utilizing care alternatives available within the community and nationally.
Education & Experience: Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine Physician MD / DO
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Current valid state physician MD or DO medical license
- Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required
- Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)
- 1+ year MD experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred but new resident grads welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
