Established Rheumatology Group is searching for a full or part time Infusion Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Clearwater, FL for position at their state of the art clinic. Make $25-$27/Hour! Outpatient only! 4 day work week for full-time. No weekends or call! 1+ years of experience in Rheumatology and/or Arthritis a must!
Position Title: Infusion Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Infusion Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prescribing age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Prescribing pharmacologic treatments (depends on state regulation)
- Performing minor procedures
- Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures
Education & Experience: Infusion Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- LPN program degree
- Current valid state medical license
- Board Certified LPN
- 1+ years’ experience a must!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
