Top Primary Care and Functional Medicine Practice is searching for an experienced Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Roswell, GA. Out-patient only. Work M-F. Full-time. No weekends! Make $105K-$120K+ DOE! Experience with family medicine and functional medicine a must! Position Summary: Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Recommend services for patients utilizing care alternatives available within the community and nationally.
- Provide high-quality cost-effective medical care.
- Work in conjunction with the medical directors, quality improvement, utilization management, and risk management.
- Coordinate and cooperate as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff
- Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.
Education & Experience: Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current valid Georgia license
- 1+ years of experience preferred! Experience in functional medicine a must!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
