Leading Family Clinic needs Primary Care or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Cinco Ranch, TX. Salary of $90K-$110K+ DOE! 1+ yr Exp required! Work 8a-5p M-F with opportunities to work paid overtime rotating Saturdays with day off during week if desired. Spanish a plus! Candidate will provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex and/or chronic health conditions in an outpatient setting under the direction of a physician and/or independently.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prescribing age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Prescribing pharmacologic treatments (depends on state regulation)
- Providing prenatal care, family planning services, and screening services
- Primary and specialty care services for adults and children
- Performing minor surgeries and procedures
- Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures to avoid illness
A Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializes in the treatment and diagnoses of patients in a wide age range, from childhood to the elderly.
Education & Experience: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent PA program degree
- Current valid state medical license
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA
- 1+ years experience in the applied specialty Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
